Introduction
A.Background of the study
Here in the Philippines,Banana tress are abundant.These tress grows very well in tropical countries with climate having suitable rainfall and soil condition.Banana tress bears banana fruit which is rich in pottasium.It can be eaten raw.It is use for making desserts and other sweet delicacies.This tree and fruit has lots of uses but its peelings remains unused.As for now,our country is facing a great problem here in our community.
And in the market today all products are highly increasing,one of these products are fertilizers which is use to enhance the growth of the plants.Fertilizers can be in solid or liquid form.
Since Banana Peelings remains unused and discarded after peeling a banana fruit and because of the increasing priceof fertilizers in the market the researsher aims to make Banana peelings as Liquid Plant Fertilizer for San Francisco Plants.
B.Statement of the Problem
This study aims to find out the effect of Banana Peelings as Liquid Fertilzer for San Francisco Plant.
The researcher aims to answer the following questions:
1.Is banana peelings effective as Liquid plant fertilizer for San francisco plant?
2.Is ther a significant difference between the proposal product and the commercial one?
3.Will it be as efficient as the commercial one?
C.Hypothesis
In answering the questions the researcher is guided by the following hypothesis
1.Banana peelings as Liquid plant fertilizer is effective for San francisco plant.
2.There is a significant difference between the proposal product ant the commercial one.
3.It is as effective as the commercial one.
D.Significance of the study
We are moving in an era where all things are fast moving and growing.There are lots of products and devices in the market that are highly increasing,one of these products are fertilizers which canbe in solid or liquid form.
Our school is considered as an overpopulated school,lots of students goes anywhere ,buys food in our school canteen.And one of their favorite snacks like Banana cue,Banana chips,Toron,Fruit salads.The problem is because of the increasing population of students there is a high need for food and because of this much waste is collected everyday including Banana Peelings.In order to solve this great waste problem in our school the researcher aims to help our environment and those people who are financially suffering about the increasing price of fertilizers through the proposals product.Since San Francisco plant can also be seen in Our school so the researcher aims to apply the proposal product to San Francisco Plants.And it will really benefit our school .
E.Scope andLimitation
This study entitled "Banana Peelings as Liquid Fertilizer for San Francisco Plant" is only limited on young San Francisco Plants and not on mature ones because young San Francisco plants needs much care to maintain plants beauty,luster and color.
F.Definition of terms
*Banana Peelings - peelings of Banana fruit.
*Liquid Plant Fertilizer - fertilizer which is in liquid form.It is use to enhance the growth of plants its height,leaves, and flowers.
*San Francisco Plant - Known Scientifically as "codiaeum variegatum" because of its variegated leaves.This plant is accentuated by a rainbow of vibrant colors and can be found anywhere at home,office gardens,along highways and byways.

Review of Related Literature
Banana tress are abundant in our country.These tress grow very well in tropical countries having suitable rainfall and soil condition.It has lots of uses.Banana leaves can be as an alternative plate or use to cover suman.Banana root can be use as medicine while banana fruit can be eaten raw,use in making desserts and other sweet delicacies.It is said to be rich in potassium.
Liquid Fertilizer is a kind of fertilizer which is in liquid form.The first number in a fertilizer formula is its nitrogen contenet.Nitrogen is used by plants for producing leaf growth and greener,lusher leaves.The second number in a fertilizer content is its phosphorus content.Phosphorus is used by plants to increase fruit development and to produce a strong root system.The third number in a fertilizer content is its potassium content.Potassuim is used by plants for flower color and size.It also imporatant to the strength of the plant.The timing of the application of the fertilizers is very imporatant.Too much, of the application at the wrong timing ,can lead to an overabundance of foliage,delayed flowering or plant death due to excess fertilizer salts around the roots,causing leaf and root burn.
San Francisco plants is known scientifically as "codiaeum variegatum" because of its variegated leaves,and in the horticulture world as croton,this plant is grown extensively in the Philippines and other tropical countries.In the Philippines all crotons are simply called San Francisco.There are about 100 varieties in the Philippines,many of them indigenous.Whether planted in home and office gardens,along higways and byways,and even in the wild, San Francisco are sure to adorn the landscape with their exotic foliage of distinct and vivid colors.A tropical garden is said to be incomplete without at least a brightly colored San Francisco plant on it .The brightly color red foliage of this plant comes in different shapes and sizes.Some are narrow and some are broad,others are twisted or wavy,leathery.These are accentuated by a vibrant of rainbow colors like orange,yellow,pink,rust,green and purple.Many colors can be found in one leaf.There variegated patterns comes alive in spots,stripes,streaks or blotches.Another unique of San francisco is that it is possible to root only the leaves.The plants also produce branches ,or "sports" that are different from the parent plant and thus result in many distinct forms.San Francisco plant are given male names.Sunlight stimulates the color production among this plant.Full direct sunlight brings out the leaf color all at one time.However,semi shade is best for cultivars with red,orange or yellwo colored young leaves to enhance stagerred color development.

Methodology
A.Preparation
Materials
* 1/4 sliced Banana peelings *Container or sprayer
*Blender *Knife
*1 liter of Water
B.Procedure
Gather all the materials needed.In a blender puree a 1/4 sliced banana peelings along with 1 liter of water.After which,put it in a sprayer .Ready for application.
C. Testing
Four San Francisco Plants must be gathered.San francisco plant A-- applied with the proposal product, San francisco plant B --applied with the commercial product,San Farncisco plant C--applied with water and San Francisco plant D--no application at all.Obsreve what happens every week.
D.Observation
The list of observation observed by the researcher every week is in a table form below.
